YUM WUN SEN TA LAY
Ingredients (for 4 serving)
 Glass noodle (Pine Brand), soaked in water for 7 minutes 40 gm
 Scallop, get rid of its hair 40 gm
 White Prawn, peeled and deveined 25 gm
 Tomato, sliced 75 gm
 Onion, cut in to 2 cm lengths 40 gm
 Celery, thinly sliced 10 gm

Spicy mixture

 Fish sauce 3 tbsp
 Lime juice 3 tbsp
 Sugar 2 tbsp
 Garlic, crushed (to taste)
10 gm
 Red small bird- chili ( to taste) 10 gm
 Instant dry pork soup 0.5 tbsp
 
   How to prepare:
1. Combine all spicy mixture ingredients to conformity and hold in closed utensil.
2.
Peel and devein the white prawn and bring scallop poach in water together and set aside.
3. Add soaked glass noodle(Pine Brand) to boil for 3 minutes.
4. Combine the glass noodle, scallop, white pawn, tomato, onion and spicy mixture after that blend to conformity before serving.
